Q. What personally identifiable information does BYB collect from me?

A. BYB collects information in several ways. Some personal information is gathered when you register and, at times, we also ask for valid credit card information. Once you register, you are no longer anonymous to BYB - you are given a BYB ID and password. In addition to registration, we may ask you for personal information at other times, including (but not limited to) proposal requests, affiliate client registration, and account management. BYB also occasionally asks users to complete surveys that we use for research purposes. BYB’s primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you, the user, with a customized experience. We will not sell, trade, give or otherwise disclose any of your personal information with any company not under the same ownership as BYB.

A. When you give BYB personal information, that information may be sent electronically to servers outside of the country where you originally entered the information, such as to the United States or other countries. In addition, that information may be used, stored and processed outside of the country where you entered that information. Whenever BYB handles personal information as described above, regardless of where this occurs, BYB takes steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with the relevant Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
